Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Monitor vital signs
- Support patient mobility
- Perform basic nursing procedures (wound care, specimen collection)
- Document care accurately
- Communicate updates to the team
- Educate patients and families
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Engage in learning opportunities to enhance skills and patient care
Qualifications
- Completion of at least one year of nursing school or as required by state
- Current NC CNA registry
- PREFERRED: Experience in acute care
- NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
