About the role
This is a full time, exempt position, offering flexible scheduling options. Typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, day shift. This is NOT a virtual (remote) position.
Responsibilities
- Fosters a climate of life-long learning, promotes organizational values, supports creative and critical thinking and a climate that facilitates change, open communication, adult learning, collaborative relationships, and professional growth.
- Develops, coordinates, and evaluates educational programs for the orientation and work force development of staff within the Department of Nursing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 5 years current clinical and/or educational experience in Nursing.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program (preferred).
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement educational programs.
