Responsibilities
- Teach, mentor, and assess nursing students to prepare them for clinical practice
- Develop and update curriculum to meet educational standards and industry needs
- Ensure program quality and student success in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Contribute to academic program development and student evaluation processes
Qualifications & Skills
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher degree
- Active RN licensure
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and curriculum development
