About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinating and supporting qualified instructors to ensure effective instruction in all classes.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for the Nurse Aide Testing Site.
- Afford coordinator responsibilities for activities of Nurse Aide.
- Participate in the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned programs.
- Oversee and coordinate activities with clinical partners, regulatory agencies, and affiliated organizations.
- Monitor and enforce program compliance with state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
- Recommend, within departmental policy and guidelines, appropriate instructional resources.
- Recommend and administer program procedures.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; identify opportunities for improvement and review with the Director.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate Nurse Aide adjunct personnel; work with employees to correct deficiencies.
- Cook up work activities and projects; monitor workflow and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Serve as liaison with other college departments, divisions, and present staff reports and other necessary correspondence as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all requirements established by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Health Care Personnel Registry (HCPR), Center for Aide Regulation and Education (CARE), North Carolina Community College System, and Robeson Community College.
- Oversee submittal of required documentation for state and federal organizations.
- Promote relationships with agency partners.
