Nurse Administrator - RN – Per Diem Nights
About the Role
Transform your nursing career at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital. Be the face of effectiveness, nursing-led excellence, and compliance as a Nurse Administrator across the hospital. You will manage patient care delivery across all units during night shifts, serving as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders or when care-related issues arise.
This is a per diem night role covering the hours of 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM, based at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital in Bronxville, conveniently located directly across from the Metro-North station.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care delivery across all hospital units during night shifts.
- Serve as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders or when care-related issues arise.
- Foster passion for the hospital-wide mission of Putting Patients First.
Requirements
- Current New York State RN license.
- Either a bachelor’s or graduate degree in nursing (BSN required).
- Three years of recent progressive leadership or management experience.
- Masters in Nursing or related field if already holding a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a Masters, it must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in specialty area (American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board certification).

Pay
Salary Range: $90.00/hour.
