Clinical Administrator - RN - Nights

About the role

The Clinical Administrator provides leadership and assumes accountability for resource utilization across the organization through collaboration; facilitates effective two-way communication and resolution of work site operational issues in support of service line goals and objectives; provides professional and advanced clinical skills for patients of all ages throughout all service areas; provides support for staff while delivering quality care through a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Acts as administrative liaison to patients, families, health system employees, and external customers; assumes authority to act on behalf of Administration.
• Serves as throughput liaison at CRMH and System Staffing Coordinator; collaborates with CTaC on census management.
• Demonstrates effective problem solving while serving as administrative and clinical resource for the hospital.
• Coordinates triage activities through communication with CTaC, physicians, and leadership of clinical and ancillary departments.
• Acts on behalf of Patient Advocacy to investigate patient
