Clinical Nurse - Nights

Role Overview: This position involves providing direct patient care in a critical care setting, with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Responsibilities include: Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and medication administration.Participating in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and compliance, along with ongoing professional development.Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.Working in a safety-sensitive environment with a focus on alertness and safety. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).Current RN license.No prior experience required; two years of experience preferred.Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
