As Nurse Administrator, you will manage patient care delivery across all hospital units during night shifts, serving as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders or when care-related issues arise. This is a per diem night role covering the hours of 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM, based at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital in Bronxville, conveniently located directly across from the Metro-North station.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care delivery across all hospital units during night shifts
- Serve as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders or when care-related issues arise
Requirements
- Three years of recent progressive leadership, management experience
- Masters in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a Masters, must obtain within 1 year of hire
- Either bachelors or graduate degree must be in nursing (BSN)
- Current New York State RN license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in specialty area (American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board certification)

Pay
Salary Range: $90.00/hour
