Nuclear Sales Operation Specialist
About the Role
Support delivery of sales in line with order intake budget and forecast commitments. Work with the Sales & Marketing Director, Sales Account Managers, Sales Operation Manager, and other Sales Specialists to maximize sales success by providing operational support in key areas: digital tools and CRM, forecasting and pipeline, price lists. Deliver winning quote, proposal, and bid packages.
Location: Round Rock, TX (onsite)
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage effective working relationships with customers, peers, and business teams to create winning strategies for specific opportunities.
- Plan, develop, prepare, publish, and deliver winning sales proposals.
- Drive delivery of commercial contributions including NDAs, terms and conditions, guarantees.
- Deliver customer satisfaction through timely delivery, communication, and support.
- Operate within the sales calendar, undertake analyses of available data (market segments, customers, CRM, delivering performance, KPIs, sales visits, forecasts, and variances) and produce insights for head of sales, sales account managers, and wider business.
- Maintain and monitor digital tools and CRM for completeness and validity of dashboard information.
- Drive quality in pipeline management and maintain and share an accurate order intake forecast.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Represent the business, its values and message with all customers, suppliers, and other groups.
Requirements
- Degree in business, sales, engineering, scientific discipline or equivalent demonstrable industry experience.
- Multiple years of demonstrable experience in a Sales Operation function or equivalent demonstrable industry experience.
- Multiple years of experience working in a technical sales or applications role, preferably in an instrument and controls environment.
- Familiarity with CRM, Power BI or similar sales operations tools.
- Ability to prepare/manage detailed technical and commercial proposals.
- Technical aptitude with capability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings.
- Ability to travel (expected to be less than 20% of time) nationally and internationally to deliver business and personal objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in or familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Ability to perform data analysis using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
- Experience using CAD modeling software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.

- Ability to prepare/manage detailed technical and commercial proposals ranging in size from a few thousand dollars to several million.

Pay
$94,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually, plus bonus.
