Sales Operation Specialist
Roles And Responsibilities
- Create and modify orders within SAPP
- Build strong relationships with internal Central Steel/Ryerson employees and external vendors
- Pay great attention to detail and keep internal employees informed about order tracking and lead times
- Solve problems to efficiently deliver a product to the customer within an allotted time
- Keep detailed records of tracking material
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of prior sales or industry experience
- Customer-centric mentality
- Excellent professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and driven by excellent customer experiences
Salary
$26.95 - $33.70 hourly. A starting salary higher than $26.95 per hour is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
