About the role
As the Nuclear Client Account Manager, you will lead client engagement activities, manage relationships with Nuclear OEMs and accounts, collaborate with BV offered solutions to solve client's challenges, engage with Client Segment Directors for more complex solutions, set account strategies, and guide proposal/project teams during pursuits. You will also be the voice of the client internally.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth with existing and new Nuclear and Nuclear OEM Accounts
- Maintain relationships with Nuclear OEM's and accounts in a defined region or industry
- Collaborate with BV offered solutions to solve client's challenges and needs
- Engage Client Segment Director for more complex solutions and/or accounts
- Set account strategies and guide proposal/project teams during pursuits
- Be the voice of the client internally
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with technical or business focus, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Typically 10 years of experience within the EPC industry, including 5-7 years in sales or project execution in nuclear generation technology
Management Responsibilities
- Experience developing, maintaining and executing strategic sales plans
- History of successful pursuits with complex buying processes
- Firm understanding of competition and differentiators
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly
- Experience using Salesforce is preferred
- B2B sales experience
