NP or PA - Travel Healthcare Provider

About the Role

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide in-home, comprehensive clinical care across the state with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-home clinical assessments
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform health screenings and advanced care planning
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Provide patient and caregiver education
• Travel up to 85% of the time within the state

Requirements

• Active certification (ANCC or AANP for Nurse Practitioners; NCCPA for Physician Assistants)
• Current state licensure and DEA prescriptive authority
• Reliable transportation and unrestricted driver’s license
• Ability to perform physical duties and navigate varied home environments

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of clinical experience, particularly in geriatrics, long-term care, or home health
• Experience managing complex patient needs and end-of-life discussions
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and technology

Pay

Salary ranges from $125,000 to $175,000, including base pay and bonus opportunities.
