Now Hiring Real Estate Agent Partner Trainee

Responsibilities

• Graduate from our New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to help buyers find the perfect home
• Be a student of the game and master the back-end of the industry while earning money as a Showing Agent
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Attend weekly 1:1 Coaching Session, Training, and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
