We specialize in the unique second-home and vacation rental market, offering expert insight into local neighborhoods, investment opportunities, and rental regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program
  • Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
  • Represent sellers and buyers in negotiating offers
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host a minimum of four open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
  • Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
  • Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their homes
  • Apply knowledge of pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services to provide expert guidance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong interest in real estate and property markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with real estate software is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to obtain real estate license and complete required training
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships
