Responsibilities
- Graduate from our New Agent Launch (86 day program)
- Work with sales agents to assist buyers in finding the perfect home
- Look at houses all day and be a student of the game
- Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients' search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Participate in in-person training sessions
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Attend team activities per team standards
- Participate in weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions, Training, and Partner Calls
- Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

- Able to analyze clients' needs and wants and match them to homes
