Qualifications

  • A self-motivated sales professional with a grit and growth mindset
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • A strong communicator who knows how to connect and serve
  • Willingness to be coached and consistently show up to execute
  • Real estate license (or working toward it)
