Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch training program
- Consistently apply PLACE lead generation techniques on a weekly schedule
- Guide buyers through the process, obtain signed buyer agreements, and support home selection
- Represent both sellers and buyers during offer negotiations
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Conduct at least two open houses each month
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
- Actively engage in team meetings and events as needed
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Collaborate with sellers to obtain listings and promote their properties effectively
- Offer professional advice on pricing, staging, and other listing-related services
Requirements
- Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
- Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at handling objections
- Effective communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service
- Collaborative team member
- Licensed real estate professional
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Committed to continuous learning and personal growth
- Highly organized
- Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques

Pay
$75,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly (commission-based position)
