About the role

We are looking for caring and responsible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential team in Philadelphia. This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals with their daily routines while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Open Shifts

• Shift 4 – CPS: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Shift 5 – Every Other Weekend: Weekend 1: Saturday–Sunday; Weekend 2: Saturday–Sunday

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct support
• Assist with daily living activities and routines
• Promote safety and well-being
• Encourage independence and community involvement
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Assist with meals and household routines as needed
• Complete required documentation
• Communicate important updates with the care team

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required
• Reliable and dependable
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous DSP, caregiver, healthcare, or direct-care experience is a plus
• Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
