Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and supervision in a residential home setting
- Aid individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, hygiene, and community outings
- Support clients in achieving independence and daily goals
- Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment
- Complete documentation and communicate with team members professionally
- Transport clients to appointments or community activities as needed
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- Previous DSP, caregiver, behavioral health, or home care experience preferred
- Experience working with individuals with IDD is a plus
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Able to work assigned schedules consistently
