Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Aid with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, and community engagement
- Support residents in maintaining a safe, clean, and positive home environment
- Encourage independence and social interaction
- Complete documentation and report any changes or concerns appropriately
- Transport clients to community activities or appointments as needed
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- Previous DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or direct care experience preferred
- Experience working with IDD individuals is a plus
- Reliable, patient, and professional
- Ability to work every other weekend consistently
