About the role

Caring, compassionate people are needed to provide support to individuals with disabilities at Easterseals-Goodwill in Great Falls, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with disabilities.
• Earn up to $1,500 with Our Employee Referral Bonus Program!
• Train for a career.
• Maintain a safe environment for customers/participants and co-workers.
• Move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Assure participant safety with visual surveillance, auditory monitoring, and physical support.
• Perform heavy lifting (over 50 pounds team lifting or lifting with mechanical assist) occasionally.
• Engage in emergency first aid care to participants including all components of CPR.

Requirements

• Program development and implementation skills preferred.
• Behavior support skills preferred.
• Self-motivated, flexible, enjoys challenges, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Follows all safety rules and requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have a current driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record (no DUIs in last 3 years; no more than 3 moving violations in the past year; no more than 1 preventable accident within past 3 years).
