Afternoon Full Time DSP: $1000 Hiring Bonus

About the role

Support people with identified needs as they pursue their hopes, dreams, and goals through person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships while providing guidance, encouragement, and support
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, hygiene needs, meals, household support/cleaning, and transportation
• Social connections, and independent living skills
• Advocate for people with identified needs’ rights, needs, and preferences
• Monitor health and well-being and report changes as needed
• Complete required documentation and participate in training and team meetings

Requirements

• $17.50/hr initial pay, with potential for a $0.50/hr increase after six months of consistent employment
• $1000 Hiring Bonus upon completion of six months of consistent employment
• Shifts: S/S/M/T/W 3-10M/T/W/F 3-10

Qualifications

• No prior experience or formal education required—training provided
• No driver’s license or safe driving record required
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required, with ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check
• Pass a DHS background check to create a safe and trusted environment for those we serve

Skills
