About the role

Rimland Services is hosting open interviews for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work at their Community Day Services program and group home settings. The agency provides services for adults with Autism and offers a safe environment for growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to individuals as they work on daily activities and long-term goals.
• Engage in activities such as art projects, meal preparation, enhancing social skills, providing companionship, and more.

Requirements

• Pass a fingerprint criminal background check.
• Pass a child abuse and neglect check.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Show proof of high school or GED completion.
• Provide two verifiable employment references within the last 10 years.
• Be a resident of the state for the past 2 years.
• Present current and original documents that verify identity and ability to legally work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to drive company vehicles for shifts.

Schedule

• CILA Home: Afternoon: 2pm - 12am Monday - Thursday, Overnight: 11pm - 9am Monday - Thursday, Afternoon Weekend: 2pm - 12am Friday, 9am - 9pm Saturday and Sunday, Overnight weekend: 11pm - 9am Friday, 9pm - 9am Saturday and Sunday.
• CDS DAY PROGRAM: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm.
