About the role

Effraim Home Care Agency LLC is hiring caring and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Schedule

• Shift 3 – Sperry St, Philadelphia, PA 19152
  • Every Other Saturday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  • Every Other Sunday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
• Shift 4 (Weekend Rotation)
  • Weekday Location: 73rd Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19126
    • Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Weekend Location: Sperry St, Philadelphia, PA 19152
    • Every Other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
    • Every Other Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
• Promote independence and community participation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
• Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
• Complete daily documentation accurately and timely.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community outings as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License is REQUIRED.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Previous DSP or caregiving experience is a plus.

Pay

$17/hr – weekly pay via direct deposit
