Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and supervision in a residential setting
- Aid with activities of daily living, hygiene, meals, and companionship
- Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Complete documentation and communicate effectively with staff
- Transport clients to activities or appointments as needed
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or related experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Caregiver qualities such as compassion, dependability, and patience
