About the role

We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, reliable support to individuals in a residential setting. If you enjoy helping others and making a meaningful difference in someone's daily life, we would love to hear from you!

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift – Weekday Monday & Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (14 hours/week)
• 1st Shift – Weekend Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (14 hours/week)
• 2nd Shift – Sunday–Wednesday: 4:00 PM–11:00 PM (28 hours/week)
• 2nd Shift – Thursday–Saturday: 4:00 PM–11:00 PM (21 hours/week)
• Overnight – Sunday–Wednesday: 11:00 PM–9:00 AM (40 hours/week)
• Overnight – Thursday–Saturday: 11:00 PM–9:00 AM (30 hours/week)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily support to individuals in a residential setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Promote safety, independence, and a positive living environment.
• Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and community activities.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in meaningful activities.
• Follow individual care plans and agency guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Communicate professionally with individuals, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Compassionate and patient.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous DSP, caregiver, direct care, or residential experience is a plus.
• Must be able to successfully complete all required background checks, clearances, and onboarding requirements.

Pay

• $17.00/hour
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
