Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide community-based support to an individual in the Fairless Hills area. This role involves assisting the client with daily activities and safely transporting them within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in the community
• Aid with daily living activities and engagement
• Transport client to appointments, errands, and recreational activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the client at all times
• Encourage independence and positive social interaction

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Reliable vehicle with active insurance (Required)
• Prior DSP or caregiving experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
