North American Applications Engineer/Product Manager based in DFW area

About the Role

Ensto is seeking a professional with a background in electric utility standards engineering and operations. Electrical or mechanical engineering experience is required. This role involves customer presentations, training, technical advising, and defining product vision and market strategy for the North American market.

Responsibilities

• Customer presentations, trainings and technical advising on North American products
• Defining of product vision, roadmap and market strategy for the North American Market
• Use of market analysis to define market needs and prioritize roadmap products
• Coordination of product releases with marketing, sales and engineering
• Review of ANSI and other test requirements and required product certifications for North American Markets
• Handle new customer inquiries for technical guidance as well as required documentation
• Represent Ensto at Trade shows and applicable technical conferences (ex. ANSI, IEEE)
• Advise the Design Transition of European Connectors to North American Applications in Fit/Form/Function
• Travel: 25%
