North American Applications Engineer/Product Manager based in DFW area

Responsibilities

• Customer presentations, trainings and technical advising on North American products
• Defining of product vision, roadmap and market strategy for the North American Market
• Use of market analysis to define market needs and prioritize roadmap products
• Cordination of product releases with marketing, sales and engineering
• Review of ANSI and other test requirements and required product certifications for North American Markets.
• Handle new customer inquires for technical guidance as well as required documentation
• Represent Ensto at Trade shows and applicable technical conferences (ex. ANSI, IEEE)
• Advise the Design Transition of European Connectors to North American Applications in Fit/Form/Function
• Travel: 25%

Requirements

• Background in dealing with electric utility standards engineering and operations
• Electrical or mechanical engineering experience required

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with market analysis and product roadmapping
• Ability to travel 25%
