Product Services Manager - Engine Practice, North America
About the role
Join Simon-Kucher’s Engine Practice in North America and play a pivotal role in expanding our software-driven growth solutions in the US market. As part of a fast-growing entrepreneurial team, you will lead the implementation and delivery of our pricing and monetization SaaS products across industries including Consumer, Retail, B2B, and Financial Services.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Engine’s SaaS pricing and monetization solutions primarily for US-based clients.
- Drive pre-sales activities including preparing and conducting demos, scoping, solution design, effort estimation, and technical input into proposals and pitches.
- Own client delivery, including defining rollout plans, configuration, managing data integration (APIs/interfaces), and rollout strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, guiding best practices in pricing configuration, operating model design, and adoption.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional coordination with global technical and product teams.
- Translate business requirements into structured implementation roadmaps and actionable delivery plans.
- Support clients during critical phases of deployment and stabilization, including troubleshooting during US business hours.
- Contribute to the growth of the Engine Practice in North America through knowledge sharing and repeatable delivery playbooks.
- Provide feedback to product management for continuous improvement of our solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technology consulting, or professional services delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex technical topics to business audience.
- Experience with enterprise architecture data integrations, APIs, or broader data engineering concepts.
- Ability to drive pre-sales conversations and actively contribute to proposals and client pitches.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and comfort operating in a growing, build-phase environment.
- Experience in implementing software solutions in B2B, Consumer, Retail, or Financial Services industries (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with pricing, revenue management, or monetization topics (nice to have).
- Exposure to Python or technical configuration environments (nice to have).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong understanding of pricing, revenue management, and monetization principles.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and data integration concepts.
- Technical skills in Python or similar programming languages.
Benefits
- Total compensation for this role includes base salary, performance bonus, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.
- The base salary range for this position is between $170,000 to $180,000 per year for U.S. roles.
- Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
- Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions.
- Benefits for eligible employees include paid time off, 13 paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
