Responsibilities

  • Cook up monthly offer authoring activities for go-to-market execution across supported brands and digital experiences
  • Inspect, validate, and keep offer-related content and data accurate across applications and digital retail experiences
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, brand teams, and external agencies to dig out business needs and tech requirements
  • Help with release readiness tasks like requirement gathering, timeline coordination, and cross-functional communication
  • Support technical release activities such as user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation across various environments
  • Handle troubleshooting issues affecting offer setup, display, or downstream systems
  • Manage and resolve field team escalations requiring JIRA Level 2 support
  • Develop and maintain documentation and organizational processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Spot and report risks, gaps, and issues that might affect launches or enhancements
  • Learn about incentive systems, web services, and downstream dependencies to assist with technical changes and issue resolution
  • Partner with external technical agencies to gather technical requirements for application and web service upgrades
  • Manage release timelines to make sure business requirements are met
  • Support the creation of customer-centric technical strategies for digital shopping experiences
  • Aid in managing project schedules, timelines, and stakeholder communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting incentives, offer management, digital retail, or a related business or operations function
  • Knowledge of OEM incentives and offers
  • Experience with vehicle configuration data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to understand interconnected systems, web services, and downstream dependencies
  • Ability to gain a high-level understanding of complex IT solutions and technical concepts
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Preferred working knowledge of APIs, response structures, or system integrations
  • Hours and Location: M-F, 40 hours/week, Hybrid in Warren, MI - In-office Tues, Wed, Thurs, 8 am-5 pm EST
