Project Manager Senior Non Technical - Hybrid, Pittsburgh, PA

Essential Responsibilities

• Works with business and technical organizations within the health system to determine program strategy and approach.
• Organizes, plans, and maintains program roadmap consisting of cross-functional activities/projects.
• Works with business and technical organizations to assemble project teams.
• Leads project team in the development and maintenance of comprehensive plans for a defined program.
• Acquires understanding of the business objectives for an assigned area.
• Makes sure to monitor, evaluate, and report on program status inclusive of scope, schedule, budget, and alignment with program and strategic goals.
• Directs corrective action as needed to maintain the viability of the program.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relationships.
• Delivers presentations of project status to Executive Leadership to effectively communicate throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepares briefings or reports, conducts data analyses, or other functions required by Executive Leadership; collaborates with various organizational leaders to obtain required data for briefings or reports, compiles it, manages it, updates it regularly for Executive level reporting purposes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
• 4 years of prior experience in a project manager role
• PREFERRED: PMI certification
