Non CDL - Box Truck Driver
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver products to the job site
- Physically unload material per the customer's request
- Receive materials in the warehouse
- Load trucks with material scheduled for the day’s deliveries
- Distribute weight limits according to DOT regulations
- Unload trucks and receive merchandise at warehouse
- Move materials and items from receiving to its designated area
Requirements
- Manual Transmission required
- 1 year box truck delivery driving experience
- Kansas Residents: Valid Kansas Driver's License with a DOT Med Card
- Missouri Residents: Class C Driver's License with a DOT Med Card
- Able to lift 50-100 lbs. of material throughout the day
- Lift materials over 100 lbs. may be required
- Able to work flexible hours, home every night, typical schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas Driver's License with a DOT Med Card (Kansas Residents)
- Class C Driver's License with a DOT Med Card (Missouri Residents)
- 1 year Box Truck driving experience
- Current DOT medical card
- Clean driving record
- Heavy Lifting experience
- Pass background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen

About the Role
Richards Building Supply Co. is currently searching for a Non-CDL Driver for our Kansas City, KS location. Box Truck Driving and forklift experience desired, but willing to train. Manual Transmission required! Opportunity for overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Typical schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
