Non-CDL Box Truck Driver

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of products to customers in a safe and timely manner
• Follow assigned routes and schedules
• Complete delivery logs, reports, and required documentation
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe box truck and equipment
• Operate lift gate and power jack safely while handling product
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed (optional additional hours)
• Lift and move product weighing up to 100 lbs

Requirements

• Previous delivery driving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Company participates in E-Verify

Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (preferred)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in various weather and traffic conditions

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying (typically up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs)
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, squat, reach, and crouch as needed
• Repetitive hand and foot movements required
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and equipment
• Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception

$25/hr - $26/hr (based on experience)

Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Optional warehouse hours available after shift)
