Responsibilities

• Admissions and cross‑cover for patients
• High level of autonomy in patient management
• Closed ICU setting; no codes, but hospitalists respond to rapid responses
• Swing shift (4:00 PM–2:00 AM) delivering exceptional patient care
• Night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) providing cross‑cover

Qualifications

• Board‑certified nurse practitioner
• Minimum of 1 year hospitalist experience preferred
• AGACNP preferred; FNPs & PAs considered only with extensive hospitalist experience
• Active NP license or eligible to become licensed in Washington
• Authorized to work in the United States

Pay

• Swing position yearly salary: $165,000
• Night position yearly salary: $180,000
• Opportunities for performance‑based bonuses

Schedule

• Full‑time 7‑day on, 7‑day off rotation
• Swing shift hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Night shift hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
