RN Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary Provides autonomous and collaborative patient care by performing comprehensive assessments, diagnosing, and managing illnesses across various settings. Acts as a researcher, consultant, and patient advocate for individuals, families, groups, and communities. Performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Develops individualized care plans within the nurse practitioner's scope, following written protocols to ensure quality care.Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, treatments, and theories in compliance with laws and regulations.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Engages in professional development and supports peer growth.Provides clinical leadership and promotes lifelong learning.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications Minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree as a nurse practitioner.Computer literate.Current nurse practitioner certification with prescription privileges.Active RN license.
