Job Summary Provides autonomous and collaborative patient care by assessing, diagnosing, and managing health issues in various settings. Acts as a researcher, consultant, and patient advocate for individuals, families, and communities. Responsibilities Develops care plans within scope of practice, adhering to protocols to ensure quality care.Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, treatments, and theories compliant with laws and regulations.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Contributes to peer professional development and provides clinical leadership.Supports lifelong learning and completes assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing as a nurse practitioner.Computer literacy.Current nurse practitioner certification with prescription privileges or certificate of fitness.Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
