Job Summary Provides autonomous and collaborative patient care, managing health problems across diverse settings as a researcher, consultant, and advocate for individuals and communities. Performs comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, ensuring quality care within scope of practice. Responsibilities Develops and implements care plans using written protocols and prescriptive authority.Utilizes procedures, referrals, and treatments in compliance with legal regulations.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Contributes to professional development of peers and colleagues.Provides clinical leadership and supports lifelong learning.Completes assigned goals effectively. Qualifications & Skills Master's or Doctoral degree as a nurse practitioner.Computer literate.Current nurse practitioner certification with prescription privileges.Licensed as an RN.
