Qualifications & Skills Minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing.Current nurse practitioner certification and eligibility for prescriptive privileges.RN licensure required.Computer literacy. Key Duties Develop and implement care plans based on written protocols.Use legal and regulatory guidelines for prescriptions, referrals, and treatments.Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and disease management.Provide clinical leadership and contribute to peer development.Support lifelong learning and complete assigned goals.
