Role Overview The nurse practitioner independently and collaboratively provides patient care across various settings, including assessments, diagnoses, and management of health issues. They serve as researchers, consultants, and advocates for individuals, families, and communities, performing comprehensive evaluations and treatment planning. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement care plans within scope of practice using written protocols to ensure quality care.Utilize prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, and treatments in accordance with laws and regulations.Enhance nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Contribute to the professional development of colleagues and provide clinical leadership.Support lifelong learning and achieve assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Master's or Doctoral degree as a nurse practitioner.Current nurse practitioner certification and eligible for prescription privileges.RN licensure.Computer literate.
