Acts as a researcher, consultant, and advocate for individuals, families, groups, and communities. Performs comprehensive assessments and treatment plans, ensuring high-quality care. Responsibilities Develops and implements care plans within scope of practice using written protocols.Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, and treatments compliant with laws and regulations.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Contributes to professional development of peers and colleagues.Provides clinical leadership and supports lifelong learning.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Master’s or Doctoral degree as a nurse practitioner.Computer literate.Current nurse practitioner certification with prescription privileges.RN licensure.
