Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner

Role: Overnight Inpatient Care Provider delivering inpatient coverage and clinical management across hospital settings. Key Responsibilities Provide overnight inpatient care, including admissions and patient evaluations.Manage ongoing overnight patients and perform cross-coverage as needed.Coordinate care with hospitalists, specialists, nursing staff, and ancillary teams.Utilize Epic and system-wide specialty resources to support assessments, consults, and decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong clinical judgment for acute inpatient evaluation and ongoing overnight management.Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency using Epic and familiarity with system-wide specialty referral resources.Competence in providing safe, responsive cross-coverage for admitted patients.
