Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (Nocturnist)

We are hiring full‑time or part‑time hospitalist nurse practitioners for our nocturnist role, which requires working exclusively on overnight shifts and delivering exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete admissions for the hospitalist service.
• No procedures required.
• Work alongside day and swing‑shift advanced practice providers.
• Address a broad spectrum of patient needs within a diverse patient population.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and order entry.

Qualifications

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible nurse practitioner with acute‑care certification.
• Active California license preferred.
• Experience as an advanced practice provider in an acute‑care hospital setting.
• Ability to thrive in a team‑based environment focused on collaboration and patient‑centered care.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule

• Nocturnist role with a 7‑days‑on/7‑days‑off rotation.
• 12‑hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Compensation

• Annual salary of $180,000 plus bonuses based on the number of shifts worked.
• Moonlighting premium available for additional shifts.
