Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (Nocturnist)
About the Role
Transform patient care and community as a Hospital Medicine Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner in Plainview, Texas. Work alongside a diverse, well-established team at Covenant Medical Center, including 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APP), supported by a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator. This is an academic hospital where we manage the internal medicine residency program and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
Responsibilities
- 2-3 admissions on average per night
- 10-15 average floor calls
- Rapids managed by residents
- Use of EPIC EMR
Qualifications
- ACNP certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
We provide in-house licensing and credentialing support.
Schedule
- 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotating schedule
- Night shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
