We are hiring for a nocturnist position requiring exclusive overnight shifts; candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and able to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. The local team consists of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs). Livingston offers a peaceful, small‑town atmosphere with a strong sense of community and easy access to nature, including nearby Lake Livingston for recreation. Working as a hospitalist here allows broad‑scope medicine in a supportive, tight‑knit healthcare environment serving a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Handle admissions and provide cross‑coverage with backup physicians’ support.
Qualifications
- Board‑certified/eligible acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Prior hospitalist experience preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule
- 7‑days‑on, 7‑days‑off rotation.
- Night shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
