About the role

The NOC Technician position is located at Scott Air Force Base, IL. This is a contract to permanent hire opportunity requiring the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret, Top Secret, or SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Security+ certification
• 1-4 years of NOC Tech, Monitoring, or Service Desk Analyst experience
• Experience working in a NOC is N2H
• Experience in a 24/7 shift work environment (open to all shifts)

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2-4 years of prior relevant experience
• Technical Skills: General understanding of both voice infrastructure and IP network topologies
• Certifications: Must hold a DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (e.g., Security+ CE) prior to the start date

Work Environment

The position is based in a 24x7 operations center environment and requires the ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends. The role may involve extended periods of sitting while using a computer or phone.
