NOC Technician

Responsibilities

The NOC Technician will make skilled assessments and perform technical analysis of problems and outages as they occur across the Enterprise to evaluate/isolate root cause. The position will also document and escalate Tier 2 and Tier 3 critical alerts to the appropriate tech support group.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience working as a NOC or Data Center Technician
• Experience installing and racking server and network-based equipment
• Experience escalating Tier II and Tier III alerts to the appropriate tech support group
• Experience providing technical support for end‑users, over the phone, through email and chat

Schedule

(6:00 pm - 6:00 am) (Sun‑Wed or Wed‑Saturday)
