Noc Shift Medication Aide

About the role

Caring Places Management seeks a Night Shift Medication Aide to join our dedicated team. This position requires a Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

Responsibilities

- Assist with medication administration under supervision. - Maintain accurate records of medications administered. - Ensure resident safety and comfort during night shifts. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements

- HCA or CNA license. - High school diploma or equivalent. - At least 18 years old. - Successful completion of a criminal background check. - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently. - CPR and BLS certification preferred. - Previous experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Patience and empathy towards residents.

- Proficiency in using medical equipment. - Attention to detail. - Problem-solving abilities.

Pay

- Starting wage for HCA: $23.62/hour. - Starting wage for CNA: $25.00/hour. - Additional $2 shift differential for Nocturnals.

Schedule

- Available as either Full-Time or Part-Time. - Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
