Why Ampirical? 💰 Salary Range: $20.00-22.00 per hour (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications) Your Role: NJUNS Ticket Coordinator The NJUNS Ticket Coordinator is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining utility locate request information within the NJUNS (National Joint Utilities Notification System) platform. This position serves as an administrative support role, receiving data from field personnel and entering it into the NJUNS system in a timely and accurate manner. The role does not require field visits, utility coordination, or management of the NJUNS process beyond ticket creation and data entry. What You’ll Do Receive utility locate request information from field personnel and internal stakeholders.Accurately create and submit NJUNS tickets based on provided project information.Review submitted data for completeness and accuracy prior to ticket entry.Maintain organized records of submitted tickets and associated documentation.Update ticket information as directed by supervisors or project teams.Monitor ticket statuses and provide requested information to internal departments.Ensure all ticket entries meet company standards and applicable NJUNS requirements.Communicate with field personnel when clarification of submitted information is needed.Perform routine administrative tasks related to NJUNS ticket processing.Support departmental reporting and recordkeeping efforts as requested. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent.Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.Ability to accurately input large volumes of information.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.Basic problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Professional communication skills when interacting with internal teams.Strong organizational and communication skills.
