Night-Weekend Coordinator

Location: 2240 W Sunset St, Springfield, Missouri, 65807

About the role

Supervises field staff and schedules care delivered in the homes of CoxHealth at Home clients after regular business hours and on weekends and holidays.

Schedule

• Saturday 8a–5p & Sunday 8a–5p in addition to holiday 8a–5p
• Day Shift
• Scheduled weekly hours: 0 (on-call basis)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Minimum one (1) year office experience in service related setting (Preferred)
• Familiarity with healthcare environment (Preferred)

Skills

• Ability to function independently, organize and prioritize responsibilities efficiently, and demonstrate good judgment
• Must work well under stress and adapt to changing conditions
• Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families, coworkers, field staff, physicians, and community resources, and exhibit an empathetic attitude toward the sick and elderly
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
